Bessemer Investment Management LLC (“BIM” or “We” or “Our”) was formed in 2001 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bessemer Trust Company, N.A. (“BTNA”), a national banking association which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Bessemer Group, Incorporated (“BGI”). BTNA and other subsidiaries of BGI advise or provide investment, fiduciary and personal banking services with total assets under supervision of approximately $259 billion as of December 31, 2024. We act as discretionary investment adviser to Old Westbury Funds, Inc, a family of affiliated mutual funds (each, a “Fund”) registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and oversee subadvisers who are responsible for making the day-to-day investment decisions for a portion of Old Westbury Funds, Inc.’s assets. We also provide non-discretionary advisory services, including information regarding our model portfolios, to BTNA. BTNA, however, retains discretionary authority over its investment advisory accounts and makes all investment decisions and recommendations for these accounts.
